1. Returns

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Partial refunds may apply if the item is damaged or missing parts.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Shipping

  • Damaged or defective items: We cover return shipping.

  • Other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
